European Institute of Management and Technology's Refund Policy

  1. Before the Enrollment Agreement can be executed, the Applicant is required to pay a one-time non-refundable fee.
  2. If the Applicant / Student cancels or terminates the Enrollment Agreement and is not in default thereunder, all refunds will be made according to the following refund schedule. The Applicant/Student can cancel the agreement only in writing (including email) at admissions.cv@eimt.edu.eu
  3. All refunds will be made within thirty (30) days of the first day of the month following the month in which the notice of cancellation or termination is given.
  4. If the Applicant decides to cancel the agreement within (3) business days after signing the Enrollment Agreement and making the initial payment, all tuition installments will be fully refunded; registration fees can't be refunded.
  5. If the cancellation is made after the third (3) business day, but before 25% of the credit hours are completed by the student, and/or before the end of the 182 day of the Student's access to the Student Information System, the refund percentage is 50% of tuition installments paid; the compensation for administrative expenses can't be refunded.
  6. If the cancellation is made between the end of the first 25% and 50% of the credit hours completed by the student, and/or after the end of the 182 days. And before the end of the 365 days of the Student's access to the Student Information System, the refund percentage is 25% of tuition installments paid; the compensation for administrative expenses can't be refunded.
  7. If the cancellation is made after the first 50% of the credit hours are completed by the Student, and/or after the end of the 365 days. day of the Student's access to the Student Information System passes, the refund percentage is 0%.
  8. The Student is aware of the fact that EIMT does not participate in the 4th part (mentioned in the refund policy). Programs or programs of other federal or state financial assistance to students. The Student is responsible for reimbursement of the full amount of the tuition and fees charged by EIMT.
  9. EIMT is entitled to terminate the Enrollment Agreement if the Student fails to make timely payments of tuition or if the Student materially violates any provisions of the Enrollment Agreement. Any such termination shall be in writing by EIMT. The Student shall not be entitled to any tuition refund in whole or in part if the Enrollment Agreement is terminated because of the Student's material breach of any provisions of the Enrollment Agreement.
  10. In case the course fee is not settled within the agreed period, EIMT is entitled to charge interest on late payment of 0.05 % for each day and to limit access of the Student to the Student Information System and/or other components of the degree program until the due fee is settled.

Initial Deposit and 1st Instalment

An initial deposit & 1st installment are required to secure your seat in the program. This amount will be credited towards your total tuition fees upon visa approval. If your visa application is rejected, this deposit will be refunded.

Withdrawal by the student

If you choose to withdraw from the program after your visa has been approved, no refund will be provided.

Procedure For Requesting a Refund

Submit a Written Request: The Student must submit a written refund request to the EIMT administration stating the reason for the request and providing all the necessary documentation.

Review of Request: The refund request will be reviewed by the administration within 14 business days. Additional documentation may be requested during this review.

Decision Notification: The student will be informed of the decision regarding their refund request in writing; if approved, the refund will be processed within 30 business days.

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued via the original payment method. If this is not possible, an alternative method will be arranged with the student.

Handling Charges

An amount will be deducted from the tuition fee as per bank policy to cover bank and other handling charges where a refund is applicable.

Special Circumstances

Students must use the "Withdrawal Form" from the EIMT website and provide necessary medical details. An "I" grade will be recorded if the withdrawal is approved, but the student may be placed on "hold" until the Institute deems them ready to return. If the medical withdrawal is denied, a late withdrawal with a "W" grade may be permitted if justified. In cases of academic dishonesty, the academic department and the Institute committee will decide the final grade if the case is unresolved and not in the student's favor.

Amendments

EIMT has specific terms and conditions regarding program withdrawal and fee refunds. Refunds will only be approved under special circumstances. Misunderstanding or lack of awareness of administrative requirements or deadlines will not be considered valid reasons for a refund.

Please ensure that you fully understand these terms before proceeding.

No Refunds, other than in the circumstances stated above, will be made.
